I am so excited to announce that I have released my second book - Goals and Gratitude Journal. This was a creation that was requested by my beautiful and wonderful clients who wanted a tool to help them become their Ultimate Self in this amazing world in which we live and experience.
This book is all about YOU and what you want... It is a workbook, dreamspace and diary all in one that features wonderful little drawings for you to colour in and connect with your creative element.
For me, this was a wonderful creative journey that saw me working with a beautiful creative soul who is known as Tammy Martin of Painted Brush Studios (check her out here...) who created the covers physically in the flesh as well as penned all the wonderful drawings that are featured throughout the book... I have to say Thank you to Tammy for her amazing ability that is awe-inspiring and inspirational.
I also had the wonderful pleasure of collaborating with the talented and wonderful Diana Hinschen of AHB who edited and oversaw the publishing of this book. Her keen sight was valued to ensure a beautiful product was crafted and produced.
This book is available through Createspace.com, amazon.com, amazon europe as well as other outlets coming soon...

When I had my little haven Akiah Elan, I found it hard to find a book that had a variety of information on the fundamentals of bring a lightworker, healer &/or intuitive. There are many books that focus on a singular subject but none that look at the majority.
In 2012 I procured a publishing deal with Balboa (Division of Hay House) and I decided that I wanted to write a book that incorporated the main subjects that one comes across in the journey of opening up and connecting with our Intuitive self - our higher self. It has been in the making for a couple of years but I am now in a space where I can say that it is on the cusp of manifesting into the physical.
I wrote a book that isn't just for a beginner or the advanced lightworker...
This book features exercises and meditations that will help one to develop their knowledge and understanding of their spiritual aspect - It will help one to connect to the basics of our skills and reinforcing them to be strong and sure...
This book is designed to be a reference book for students that will ensure that they can always connect with the foundations of their journey...
This book is a tool for teachers who want to ensure their protege have a book that can provide them with a good basis of knowledge and a companion through their experiences.
I will admit I am super excited as well as being very nervous about the release... It is wonderful to think after 3 years of writing, rewriting and rewriting that I am now about to release this blessed dream into the world to be able to help many on their path to being their true and honored selves...
I look forward to sharing your journey through this book...
The release date to the public has not been fully finalised with the publishing company (but eta is approx the 14/3/15)- so in the mean time, sign up and receive your FREE pendulum e-book and I will let you know as soon as it is live to the world!!

Sadako Sasaki, (January 7, 1943 – October 25, 1955) was a Japanese girl who was two years old when the atomic bomb was dropped on August 6, 1945, near her home by Misasa Bridge in Hiroshima, Japan.
At the time of the explosion Sadako was at home, about one mile from Ground Zero. By November 1954, chicken pox had developed on her neck and behind her ears. Then in January 1955, purple spots had started to form on her legs. Subsequently, she was diagnosed with leukemia, which her mother referred to as "an atom bomb disease." She was hospitalized on February 21, 1955, and given, at the most, a year to live.
On August 3, 1955, Sadako's best friend Chizuko Hamamoto came to the hospital to visit and cut a golden piece of paper into a square and folded it into a paper crane, in reference to the Japanese story that one who folds 1,000 cranes will be granted a wish. A popular version of the story is that she fell short of her goal of folding 1,000 cranes, having folded only 644 before her death, and that her friends completed the 1,000 and buried them all with her. This comes from the book Sadako and the Thousand Paper Cranes. An exhibit which appeared in the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum stated that by the end of August, 1955, Sadako had achieved her goal and continued to fold more cranes.
Though she had plenty of free time during her days in the hospital to fold the cranes, she lacked paper. She would use medicine wrappings and whatever else she could scrounge up. This included going to other patients' rooms to ask to use the paper from their get-well presents. Chizuko would bring paper from school for Sadako to use.
During her time in the hospital her condition progressively worsened. Around mid-October her left leg became swollen and turned purple. After her family urged her to eat something, Sadako requested tea on rice and remarked "It's good." Those were her last words. With her family around her, Sadako died on the morning of October 25, 1955 at the age of 12.
After her death, Sadako's friends and schoolmates published a collection of letters in order to raise funds to build a memorial to her and all of the children who had died from the effects of the atomic bomb. In 1958, a statue of Sadako holding a golden crane was unveiled in the Hiroshima Peace Memorial, also called the Genbaku Dome. At the foot of the statue is a plaque that reads:
"This is our cry. This is our prayer. Peace on Earth."
There is also a statue of her in the Seattle Peace Park. Sadako has become a leading symbol of the impact of nuclear war. Sadako is also a heroine for many girls in Japan. Her story is told in some Japanese schools on the anniversary of the Hiroshima bombing. Dedicated to her, people all over Japan celebrate August 6 as the annual peace day.
Prayer Flags are a Tibetan custom where prayers for the family were written on little pieces of fabric then hung outside the family home.
As the wind blows the prayers are slowly released into the hands of the universe, with this the flag actually starts to fade and break up.
This is a sign that the prayers are been heard and received by the Gods and Goddesses that they have been written to.
They are usually 5-25 flags long all on a single cord. Tibetan flags are written in the native tongue of the province so that the Gods and Goddesses knew where the prayers were send from…
You can write your own on natural fabrics or they have now brought out a DIY prayer flag.
These feature the mantra “Om mani padme hum” which basically means “Behold the jewel of the Lotus” and the Wind horse which is carries the wish fulfilling Jewel. They also have a spot for you to write down your wishes and prayers for the season and plus your name.
But remember to hang your flags in the garden or outdoor area of your house so that the wind can carry them to the Gods and Goddesses of choice.
Herbs, Resins and woods have been used for thousands of years even all the way back past the birth of Christ. Herbs like Damiana, Feverfew and Irish Moss, Resins featuring Frankincense, Myrrh and Amber, Woods that include Sandalwood and Aloes Wood, have played significant roles in the past present and will continue into the future as the properties of these natural ingredients are studied more. But enough of the serious stuff …
Why use them for spiritual or self expanding work is really what we are talking about.
Now I don’t know about you but I am not happy when I buy a incense stick that has promised me on the packet to rid my house or space or person of any bad hoodoo voodoo only to find I haven’t done anything except give myself a major sinus headache and a bout of hay fever because they have used Fragranced oil over essential oils and all the additives they have used like manure.
Well the good thing about herbs, resins and woods is, you know exactly what you are getting when you chose it. You are also getting a pure product even if it has been mixed with other herbs, resins or woods. You can also mix your own recipes to do more than one job (i.e. clear a room, lighten the mood and enhance mental stimulation in conversations) or you can just use the one ingredient to do one job.
The great thing with loose herb, resin and woods is that if you are having a BBQ and you have a brazier going or an open fire, you can also place some in the fire to also enhance a mood at the gathering. Plus then you don’t have to worry about if curious bubba’s touching incense sticks or offending anyone who maybe sensitive to incense or fragrant smells.
In rituals they are fantastic as they all have a energetic or magical property too. These properties may overlap but depending on the situation will be which one you use.
You burn them simply by using a charcoal tablet and a terracotta bowl and you only apply half a teaspoon of mix. The tablet lasts for 60 minutes and gives you plenty of time to replenish and continue with what ever it is you are trying to achieve with your ritual.
Plus you can also use herbs in pouches and pillows to also promote healthy situations like sleep, calming, dreaming, opening awareness and improving situations. You do this by getting an organza bag or a pouch of some sort placing the herb in side and then putting it in your pillow case near where your head lays. As you sleep your head (being the part of the body that releases heat etc) warms the herb giving you a gentle yet effect aroma-sleep. This is great for kiddies who have nightmares or can’t sleep. Using the herbs, resins and woods in a bath or foot soak is also good as the warm water open the herbs and releases their beautiful oils into the bath. Your body then absorbs them giving you the ultimate Aroma-bath almost like a spa just for you..
Simply add a half cup of Epsom salts and a tablespoon of each herb or wood (1 teaspoon of resin) and swirl to blend. Lay yourself in and vola you have yourself a luscious soak for one or two. I have done up a small list to give you a basic idea of what some herbs, resins and woods can do for you...
